Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms (all with ceiling fans) and a shared bathroom with a heated towel rail and a relaxing bath. Downstairs, the open-plan bedroom/rumpus room is perfect for both relaxation and entertainment, featuring a table tennis table, TV, and ample space for 4-5 guests. A second bathroom, with shower, toilet, and vanity, is conveniently located in the laundry area downstairs. There is also a portacot and high chair for your use. BEDROOM CONFIGURATION - 4 BEDROOMS - SLEEPS 12 PEOPLE Bedroom 1 (upstairs) - queen bed, (plus a single bed if needed for a child to sleep with parents), ceiling fan Bedroom 2 (upstairs) - queen bed, ceiling fan Bedroom 3 (upstairs) - queen bed, ceiling fan Bedroom 4 (downstairs) - set of tri bunks (ie queen on the bottom and king single on top), there is also a queen trundle bed. Please note that the beds are in an open planned area within the living room. We only rent to families and mature groups. The property is dog friendly (we do not permit cats), however there is a surcharge of $25 per night if you would like to bring your dog. No dogs are permitted on the furniture. BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE INCLUDED FOR ALL BOOKINGS (please note the Airbnb "cleaning fee" actually refers to the linen fee). ** Due to the strict Shire regulations, we don't accept any bookings for parties, functions, weddings or events, bucks/hens bookings or schoolies groups. We only rent to families i.e. adults and children or smaller mature groups (we do not accept bookings made up of 12 adults) ** Short Stay Rental Accommodation Registration No: STRA0694/18 Other things to note Bed linen and bath towels are included for all bookings. We have also provided a starter pack of toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tablets, bin liners, tea and sugar for your convenience, you will need to bring your own coffee. However, if your stay is longer you may need to bring or purchase more of these items. Firewood is not provided but we can arrange for additional charges.
