The communal garden area on the ground floor invites you to swim in the chlorine-free pool and spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty barbecued dinners. The nearest supermarket, cafés and restaurants can be reached on foot in only 3 minutes (250 m), and a pharmacy is an 11-minute walk (850 m) from the building. The closest skiing area, Skiworld Ahrntal, is only a 5-minute drive (3.3 km) from the penthouse, but a ski bus stops 50 m from the building and takes you to your desired skiing area. Around Sand in Taufers, there are also many routes for cross-country skiing and ski tours, as well as wonderful hiking routes through the valleys and across lush alpine pastures. South Tyrol’s charming capital Bolzano is located a one-hour-and-30-minute drive (90 km) from the town. Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. The sauna area is open from 4 pm to 6 pm (textile) and from 6 pm to 8pm (without textile).
