Fantastically located between the Thuringian Forest and the Rhön Mountains, you will find the relaxation of a wellness vacation with the freedom & independence of a vacation home. - from 30 euros per person/day - Other things to note Here you can relax by the pool, in the sauna or in your own hot tub or you can discover nature in the green heart of Germany. (Thuringia, Bavaria and Hesse border triangle) Your vacation home consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a large flat-screen TV, and an extendable dining table for the whole family. A cozy corner sofa complements the furnishings. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and hotel hairdryer, a bedroom with a French box spring bed, as well as a bedroom with a family bunk bed (120 cm bottom/90 cm top). The two bedrooms each have a spacious wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. From the bedrooms and from the living area you can directly access the veranda, as well as the large, covered terrace with its own whirlpool. This is oriented towards the south-east and invites you to enjoy an extensive breakfast in the sunshine. Equipped with a lounge and sun lounger, it is suitable for year-round use. The usable area (including terrace) is 80 sqm. Each room has dimmable SmartHome lighting, as well as underfloor heating, which can be regulated separately (in summer with cooling function). The utility room stores the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board (included in the price). In addition, a private, lockable bicycle garage for 3-4 bicycles, e-bikes or children's toys is available. Adapted to the area, natural raw materials were used to build the vacation homes. The two vacation homes are made of slow-growing, Nordic pine. The wood has the positive property of creating a warm, natural atmosphere, works and adapts to the season. The house is designed inside in a natural wood look, outside modern in slate/white. The outdoor area impresses with several highlights! Between the vacation homes, you will find the panoramic sauna with relaxation area, as well as the 8 meter long heated pool with counter-current system (May to Oct.). Here you can swim endlessly, as in the sea, and have a magnificent view over the Werra Valley. Also for the sporting balance, there is a ping pong table, a dartboard, a boules game and a playhouse for the little children. The outdoor facilities can be used for both vacation homes. NOTES: * Arrival: from 3 pm / Departure by 10 am * Use of the outdoor facilities (pool, sauna, ping pong table and playhouse) is for shared use and at your own risk.  * To maintain hygienic standards, we use chlorine and other chemicals to disinfect the bathing water.
