We have 11 bedrooms, 6 en-suite and 4 bathrooms, sleeping up to 27. There are 2 kitchens, 2 large lounges, a dining room and the orangery function room. There is a covered loggia with BBQ and covered pizza oven area, both suitable for outside dining. 4-acres of glorious gardens with a log fired Hot Tub and a large swimming pond . Ample off road parking and an electric car charger. Note that you can only book for 16 through Airbnb, there is an additional charge for more than 16 people. The space Model Farm is a country house consisting of an impressive Victorian front to a 17th century farmhouse and cider barn. The accommodation is all in one house, sleeping 26 in 11 bedrooms, 6 en-suite with 4 bathrooms. The Victorian area retains many of the original features, high ceilings with impressive cornicing, original fireplaces and stained glass windows. There is are 2 large lounges and a dining room, there are 3 very large en-suite bedrooms and 3 bedrooms with bathrooms. The Cider Barn area is more rustic, a kitchen/diner with table football table, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a lounge and just outside a large covered loggia with BBQ area suitable for outside dining. There is a 55sq.m. Orangery that can be used as a function room with 75" 4K TV plus surround sound. There are 4 acres of glorious gardens with large selection of different plants designed around being wildlife friendly, you will find plants of interest throughout all the seasons of the year. There is a log fired Scandinavian style Hot Tub seating 8 people, a large swimming pond and several patio areas, with plenty of seating throughout the grounds. There is also a log fired Pizza Oven, ideal for making and cooking your own pizzas in a covered outside kitchen area. We also have a croquet lawn, football area with large goal, lots of outdoor games and ample off road parking.
