Holiday apartment in a historic building in the quiet and authentic mountain village of Grengiols. An idyllic and a well-connected starting point for hikes, bike tours or winter sports, the apartment was lovingly renovated in the 90s. In addition to the cosy atmosphere it offers modern equipment including a shared outdoor patio. The space You reach the apartment on the 2nd floor through a separate staircase. It offers a spacious kitchen with a gallery, a gilt stone oven and a dining area with a view. The kitchen was renewed in June 2020. The living room with the original 200-year-old wooden walls, historic inscriptions in the main beam and a large gilt stone oven invites you to end the day in a homely atmosphere. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Two additional beds are available in the living room. The bathroom with a shower is small, but has everything you need. There is a cloakroom at the apartment entrance. The patio with barbecue facilities and a cellar with a washing machine and a parking space for bicycles or skiing equipment are available for shared use. Thanks to a further kitchen in the cellar the patio can be optimally used. Guest access You have the appartment on the 2nd floor on your own. The washing maschine in the cellar is also being used by the host. Other things to note - Bookings are possible for 6 - 7 nights from Saturday / Sunday to Saturday. - Tourist tax of CHF 3.50 per day for adults and CHF 1.75 for children from 6 to 16 years of age is not included in the price - Restaurants and shop nearby
