You can enjoy paddle boarding, fishing right out the front or head down to the beach for a surf, or simply enjoy lazing around. - 5 minute walk to the local IGA, newsagency and coffee shops. - The boat ramp is just one street away for boating enthusiasts. - The house has a view from every room. - Upstairs has a magnificant view overlooking the lake, with open plan living space, which steps out onto a balcony. - The front bedroom has a queen size bed with a view of the lake and the master has a queen bed with ensuite. - There is a separate TV room with a comfy lounge. - Downstairs just off the laundry entrance is a separate retreat with its own access, set up with a king bed, sofabed and TV. - You can enjoy the outdoors, BBQ downstairs and a grassed back area to play or relax . - We are only 5-10 mins from town and we know you will enjoy your getaway on the south coast.
