El Barranco is a beautiful independent Canarian Village, located in Los Valles, in a rural area close to Villa de Teguise, the ancient capital of the island of Lanzarote. It is a real pleasure to invite you to discover this authentic Canarian house. Located In a quiet valley towards the interior north of the island, Los valles. A place in nature, where its people will receive you with kindness and closeness. In a wonderful landscape, surrounded by volcanoes, which invites you to tranquility, rest and to enjoy the nature. Our Villa El Barranco is on a 19,000 M2 plot, surrounded by palm trees, fields and sounds from the birds and the wind. The house has an interior gallery that overlooks a patio, as well as exterior windows, which means that the entire villa has natural light. It has 3 double bedrooms of which 2 of them are suites and in the main suite the bathroom is integrated with the room. The second suite, has access from the patio and the room with two single beds is on the top floor, and is the only room on another level. The rest of the house is on the ground floor. In the gallery, there is a sofa where you can relax and feel the peace of the place while looking at the outdoor patio. In the patio there is a barbecue and outdoor table where you can enjoy your breakfasts and delicious barbecues. Inside the house, there is a spacious dining room with a sofa ideal for reading and relaxing, along with another small room: The Smart Tv room. Wooden ceilings, irregular stone walls and natural light prevail throughout the house. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, tea water heater, toaster, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto coffee maker. It has an integrated laundry area with a washing machine, ironing board and iron, a mini vacuum cleaner and some cleaning products. Outside you have a fabulous pool heated all year raound. A wooden porch with outdoor furniture where you will enjoy an exclusive space with views of the countryside. There are 4 hammocks available. You will also find exquisite corners such as the outdoor wooden table where you can have tea while enjoying the Sunset. The house is prepared with bed linen, shower towels, pool towels and slippers. We will also receive you with a welcome pack that contains: beer, coca cola , juice, water, milk, olives, cookies, salt and pepper, a small bottle of extra virgin olive oil, chips, tea, instant coffee and coffee capsules machine, white and brown sugar. With regard to hygiene and cleanliness, we supply you with: a couple of garbage bags, dishwasher gel, dishwasher tablets, a scourer, dishcloth and kitchen cloths, capsules for the washing machine, soap for the floor. In body hygiene, you will find aloe gel, shampoo and body milk: these products are local and their containers are recyclable. Innovative & current features The whole house has air conditioning (Cold & Warm) . Apart from having mobile electric radiators in the bathrooms, It has a temperature and humidity control, and a dehumidifier. The accesses to the house is with smart locks, which makes it easy not to have to carry keys. The Villa has a security alarm. The environment Imagine that you are already in Viila El Barranco. We can go to the north, and visit the Hermitage of Las Nieves, the valley of a thousand Palmeras, Haría. Go up to the village of Ye and visit the Mirador del Río and the Volcán de La Corona. Following the route to Órzola, where you can take the ferry and visit the island of La Graciosa. Furthermore you can follow the route visiting aloe crops and the wonderful jable blanco beaches in the north. Visit Jameos del Agua, and bathe in the natural pools of Punta Mujeres . Enjoy a romantic meal in the fishing village, Arrieta. For those whose passion is sport, the area is ideal for those who practice cycling, windsurfing, surfing and fishing. If you decide to go south, the most beautiful town on the island is 5 minutes away by car: La Villa de Teguise. A historic town, with palaces and churches that will take you back in time. Gastronomy and crafts are very present in this place. From Teguise, you can go to the most spectacular beach on the island: Caleta de Famara. Visiting volcanoes such as El Volcán del Cuervo,. The Timanfaya National Park or The Beaches of Papagayo, is only 30 minutes drive by car. In the town of Los Valles, you can buy one of the best breads in the island. You have the basic services near the house, and there is also a teleclub where you can eat Canarian food.
