Cozy studio in the countryside, Mulhouse at 10mn

The studio Mata is nestled in a small town in the heart of the countryside of the East of France and located less than 10 minutes from Mulhouse city center. Ideally located at the crossroads of the 3 borders with Germany and Switzerland, everything is nearby. Several cities with an European dimension, several mountain ranges, rivers, lakes, amusement parks, countless museums... Adaptation of the rate according to the length of stay. The space - The studio Mata benefits from a quiet environment and is surrounded by greenery. - You can enjoy a terrace of 20sqm, equipped with a table for your meals, garden furniture and a barbecue. - The studio is 10 minutes away from Mulhouse and is close to Germany and Switzerland (30 minutes by car). - It is easily accessible by car. A parking space is reserved for you next to the accomodation. - Bed linens and towels will be provided. You will also find the basic elements for cooking (salt, pepper, cling film, ...). - We welcome holidaymakers for short stays as well as professionals for longer stays (up to 120 days). - We accept small animals. A supplement of 25€ will be asked. - We can provide a baby bed on request. The accommodation : You will appreciate my place for its terrace, its charm and its facilities. The studio is on one level and can accommodate 2 people. To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal : - A pleasant living room: dining area with dining table for 3 people, 2 armchairs, coffee table, television, sleeping area with double bed and bedside tables, closet. - A fully equipped open kitchen: fridge with freezer, combined oven/microwave, 4-burner hob, hood, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, kitchen utensils. - A neat bathroom: shower, toilet, towel dryer. In the entrance hall you will find storage furniture and a rack with hangers. You can also enjoy a beautiful outdoor space with a 20m2 terrace fully equipped. You will have a table for your meals for 2-3 people, garden furniture and a barbecue. Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation.
