The apartment is located in Dresden's most vibrant and innovative district, in Dresden-Neustadt. Here, in the center of the pub and artists' quarter, is the Kunsthofpassage - now a Dresden tourist attraction. The apartment in the Kunsthof, with terrace and windows to the garden, has been carefully restored and is now an open apartment with a separate sleeping area and open kitchen - but with the charm of the Gründerzeit. The space I have rebuilt and furnished the apartment in such a way that I would like to live in it myself. That is, the planks and doors, which are over 100 years old, have been preserved or carefully restored. There is a large open living room with windows and doors to the terrace or garden, an open kitchen with extractor hood, stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and a real espresso machine, the bedroom is open, but separated from the living room, the furniture is partly modern, partly classics of the 60s and 70s, in the bathroom there is a bathtub with shower enclosure, There is a walk-in closet for storing luggage and clothing. Other things to note The city of Dresden requires guests to pay an accommodation tax, namely 1/15 of what guests pay for the accommodation (i.e. 6.67%). I am obliged to collect the money from my guests and pass it on to the city.
