It is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access, but its staircase is wide and easy to access. With its typical bow window, the apartment is very bright and enjoys an unobstructed view of classified villas and a small side view of the dunes. It has been completely renovated, insulated and rearranged by the owner, interior architect, with high-end equipment for a comfortable, quiet and authentic stay in summer and winter (modern heating, microwave oven grill, raclette/griddle, board games,...) It is well suited for one or two young children (high-end crib, booster seat, toilet adapter, bottle warmer, adapted dishes, toys, etc.) who appreciate the small separate but narrow cabin room for teens/adults. There are no shutters but boat blinds that block out the light. Travel light! Bed linen (real sheets) and towels (2 towels/person) are provided as well as organic toiletries. A pantry with organic products is available. Cleaning is included. Free ADSL Wi-Fi access. Parking is paid (green zone). Parking your vehicle in the courtyard is not allowed, but bicycles are OK. We can tell you where the free parking area is just around the corner.
