The apartment is in the nineteenth-century center of Grottammare, in Via XX Settembre, a quiet street full of private gardens. The apartment has a private entrance from the street with the possibility to leave a stroller or the bikes. It is on the ground floor raised, bright, cool and quiet. It is 200 meters far from the beaches and the promenade with its restaurants. The bar and grocery stores (market, fishmonger, butcher, pasta shop) are 50 meters away. The space The apartment, is equipped with a VCM system (Controlled Mechanical Ventilation system) that ensures comfort. The furniture, the colors and the materials give a pleasant "soul" to the house. Thanks to its location is at the same time close to the main attractions and far from the noise of the nightlife. Other things to note Linen is not included in the price. However, a complete set of linen for the house (sheets, towels, kitchen linen) is available at a cost of €15 per person per stay. Alternatively, guests can bring their own linen. From July 1st to August 31st, a Tourist Tax will be applied, as required by the Municipality of Grottammare, amounting to €1 per day for the first 7 days. Pets are accepted only if they are small (up to 10 kg), calm, and used to living in an apartment. Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the apartment. Only one pet is allowed per stay.
