Each room has a view of the Bugey mountains. A cozy living room, as well as an open dining room on a kitchen with a glass roof allow for convivial moments. You can relax in the park, enjoy the exteriors, the pool. We live in the countryside, but in the heart of a hamlet. The space The charm of the building and the comfort of the rooms and common areas have already won over many guests. We are at your disposal for any requests. Please note: bed linen and towels are not included. I can rent them (12 euros/bed) through a professional laundry service. THE HOUSE, 340 m2 Ground floor Entrance hall 30 m2 reception room serving the other rooms as well as the bedrooms by a stone staircase. Toilets. Living room Cozy room of 30 m2, equipped with a piano, armchairs and a sofa, a coffee table, games, a library. Access to laundry with a 2nd fridge and washing machine, dryer. Dining room 30 m2 space equipped to eat 20 people. It corresponds with the kitchen. Kitchen It is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven and gas stove, large fridge with freezer, kettle, traditional coffee maker and Nespresso machine, toaster, dishes. Guest access The house is fully dedicated to guests. With the agreement of the tenants, the exteriors can be shared very occasionally. The terrace is independent. They can be rented from 2 nights (12 euros per bed) because it is a specialized company that provides them to me to ensure perfect cleaning. We offer catering services.
