The furniture was originally a large hotel and has an unusual charm that exudes vacation! You'll find everything you need for an unforgettable vacation! The facade of the house overlooks the beach of Saint-Efflam, we have a panoramic view, without overlooking, of all the living rooms of the sea directly. The space The style of our interior decoration is more of a "workshop" and very up-to-date. The bathrooms are, like the whole house, bright and have walk-in showers. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a beautiful tiled hammam. The house has a small terrace in front, just enough to put a small table and chairs. The large lawn that is part of the coastline and the kilometers of beach with immediate access serves as a garden for us! We don't have a private garden. We love our beautiful house and spend friendly moments in it around the table and the bar! The house is therefore very well equipped for your comfort with Kitchenaid and robot and all the necessary cookware to prepare and taste delicious local products! Our house is open to families but is not available for adult groups during the holidays. There are books in English and French and toys available. We are a 5-minute walk from the sailing school and directly on the GR 34 for beautiful walks. Plestin les Greves is lively with its markets and sports and cultural activities. The house has central heating and is therefore pleasant to live in all seasons. Ground floor; entrance with large cupboards, doors partly mirrored.
