A unique place and the beach of all rooms! Sea villa style, the house sits close to St Efflam's chapel facing the sea in the first row. The furniture originally was a large hotel and has an unusual charm that breathes a vacation! You will find everything you need to have an unforgettable vacation.! The front of the house overlooks the beach of St Efflam, we have a panoramic view, not overlooked, of all the living rooms of the sea directly. The space The style of our interior design is rather "workshop" and very much for the day. Bathrooms are, like the whole house, bright and walk-in showers. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a beautiful tiled hammam. The house takes advantage of a small terrace in front, just what to put a small table and chairs. The large lawn that is part of the coastline and the miles of beach with immediate access serves as a garden for us! We don't have a private garden. We love our beautiful home and have a friendly highlight in it around the table and bar! The home is therefore very well-equipped for your comfort with Kitchenaid and robot and all the necessary cookware to prepare and taste delicious local products! Our house is open to families but is not available for groups of adults during the holidays. There are English and French books and toys available. We are 5 minutes walking from the sailing school and directly on the GR 34 for beautiful walks. Plestin les Greves is lively with its markets and sports and cultural activities. The house has central heating is therefore pleasant to live in any season. Ground floor; entrance with large mirrored door cabinets. Beautiful attic room with beautiful sea view 3 single beds or 1 single and 1 double. Well appointed dressing room and laundry room large window view countryside view. Baby cot. Bright shower room, exotic wood parquet, exotic wood vanity, exotic wood furniture parquet, Heated towel rack. The house is rated 4 stars in a tourist building. Having as well as many stairs the house is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Our family home is not available to large groups of adults during the holidays.
