Wern Cottage: Quality 2 bedroom cottage near Conwy

Wern Cottage is situated at the edge of the Snowdonia mountain range, close to the North Wales coast and the beautiful island of Anglesey, 'Ynys Môn'. It lies in the pretty village of Capelulo, near Conwy….where the mountains meet the sea. You will also find a friendly village pub the Fairy Glen, in walking distance and serving good food. The space The cottage has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. It has gas central heating which has a preset schedule via a Hive thermostat but you can also set it to your own preference. In addition there is a wood burning stove for those cosy winter nights. The coal fire in the lounge is no longer used. The double bedroom also has an en-suite shower and basin but no extra toilet. So there is just the one toilet at the property in the main bathroom on the 1st floor. Everything is provided for your comfort. All heating and energy costs are included in the price as well as all towels and linen and a starter pack of logs for the wood burning stove during the cooler months. Please note for people with mobility issues the staircase has approx. 12 steps. There is a strong handrail.
