House with large garden between sea and countryside, Saint-Briac-sur-Mer

Between sea and countryside, our vacation home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Frémur, 1 km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac. The space The house consists of a large 53 m2 living room (open-plan kitchen, dining room, living room), 3 bedrooms (including a master suite) and 2 bathrooms. A large 44 m2 south-facing terrace will allow you to enjoy the outdoors for your meals and aperitifs. Deckchairs are available for a good quiet nap in the large garden. In the basement, you will find everything you need for your barbecues, to wash your laundry, games for children and bicycles (2 adult and 2 children's bicycles) to go to the sea. Linens and towels are provided and beds are made upon arrival. We entrust you with our home and do our best to make your stay enjoyable. We kindly ask you to return the house in the same clean condition as when you arrived, to wash and put away your dishes, remove the sheets, empty all your garbage cans and replace the consumables (condiments, aluminum foil, etc.) that you have finished. Thank you in advance for respecting these little things :). Guest access You have access to the whole house and basement and can fully enjoy the large garden.
