Just minutes walk from a charming white village with all amenities. Located in the Serranía de Ronda, between Los Alcornocales Natural Park and Grazalema. The exceptional location allows day trips to Ronda, Granada, Seville, and the Mediterranean/Atlantic beaches. The space The house consists of open-plan rooms: the kitchen with handmade tiles gives a warm home feeling where you will be able to prepare your favourite dishes with delicious locally grown vegetables, fruits, the famous local pork, locally produced sheep's cheeses and fresh Mediterranean fish. Next to the kitchen, is a living room with a large dining table with room for up to 12 people, a sofa bed and fireplace. There is also a bathroom with a washing machine. There are two exits to the veranda that has tables, chairs, deckchairs and brick barbecue and leads to the garden and the pool. The upper floor is the sleeping area: a large room with a ceiling height of 4m that has several functions: there is a bunk bed, a single bed, a workplace and a low coffee table with 2 armchairs. There is also a separate double bedroom, another bathroom and French doors to a large terrace where you will enjoy sweeping views of the valley, hear the birds singing their mating song during Spring and see eagles circling over your head The windows and doors are double glazed and there is air conditioning (cold and hot) in all rooms and there is also very reliable and very fast internet. Please note that there is no fence around the pool and the stairs in the house and on the terrace have no gates. The water in the house is from our own well, therefore I recommend that, as a precaution, it should be boiled before using. Other things to note The management fee (8 %) will be added to the stay price and covers check-in service, pool and garden maintenance, guest support throughout the stay, and electricity and water consumption.
