The villa, completed in 2018, is located in the parish of Arco da Calheta – Calheta, one of the most sought-after areas by tourists, characterized by being one of the sunniest areas of Madeira Island! The space The location of this villa allows you to stay by car, just 5 minutes from Calheta Beach, 25 minutes from the city of Funchal and 45 minutes from Madeira Airport. A 2-minute drive away, you can also find a number of establishments such as cafes, restaurants, parks, and medical services. The villa: The villa was designed to make the most of natural light as well as provide a breathtaking view from any point in the house, from the bedrooms, kitchen, living room and even bathrooms. The 350m2 of construction area distributed over two floors and the 1058m2 of implantation area make the areas of the villa spacious, facilitating mobility inside and outside. Outside the villa, there is an infinity pool, a large garden, a barbecue area and a garage for 2 or more cars. Outdoor sound system: The pool and garden are equipped with speakers to listen to your favorite music. Wi-Fi Internet: Free Wi-Fi Internet coverage throughout the house. All bedrooms are equipped with fresh linens, ready for your arrival. All bathrooms are equipped with bath towels, shampoo and shower gel.
