The villa completed in the year 2018, is located in the parish of Arco da Calheta – Calheta, one of the most sought after areas by tourists, characterized by being one of the sunniest areas of Madeira Island! The space The location of this villa allows you to stay by car, just 5 minutes from Calheta beach, 25 minutes from the city of Funchal and 45 minutes from Madeira airport. A 2-minute drive away you can also find several establishments such as cafes, restaurants, parks, medical services. The villa: The villa was designed with the aim of making the most of the natural light as well as providing a breathtaking view from any of the points of the house, from the bedrooms, kitchen, living room and even bathrooms. The 350m2 of construction area distributed over two floors and the 1058m2 of implantation area, make the areas of the house wide, facilitating mobility inside and outside. Outside the villa has an infinity pool, a large garden, a barbecue and a garage for 2 or more cars. Outdoor sound system: The pool and garden are aided with speakers to listen to your favorite music. Wi-Fi Internet: Wi-Fi Internet coverage throughout the house free of charge. All blinds in the house are electric and controlled by remote control. Bedrooms: The villa has 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, being possible to transform the latter into a double bed), all rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi Internet, with private bathroom and access to the outside. -Main Suite: Double bed, large closet, private bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and direct access to the pool and garden. - Secondary Suite: Double bed, wardrobe, private bathroom (with shower/bathtub) and access to the outside. -Double Room: 2 single beds / 1 double bed, wardrobe, private bathroom (with shower) and access to the outside. All rooms are equipped with fresh bedding, ready for your arrival. All bathrooms are equipped with bath towels, shampoo and shower gel. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, 4 ring induction stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, fridge/ freezer with ice and cold water, cups, cuttings, etc. A laundry room equipped with a washing machine, iron with boiler and ironing board is also available. The villa is stocked with all essential household products such as: tea, soluble coffee, Nescafé coffee, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, barbecue firewood, charcoal, toilet paper, detergents, etc. Note on cleaning: If the stay is longer than 7 days, a cleaning and change of bed linen is done in the middle of your stay, free of charge. Note about possible damages in the house: We believe that our customers use our house as if it were theirs, with all care. However, in case of damage, we charge 75% of the amount of possible damage / equipment and this notification must be reported on the same day. We cannot guarantee that at the time of your check-in the project is already completed, in any case we are sensitive to the situation, and the comfort of our guests is first, so for any embarrassment this may cause, we are offering a discount on the amount presented, after your reservation and after check-in.
