The villa, completed in 2018, is located in the parish of Arco da Calheta – Calheta, one of the most sought-after areas by tourists, characterized by being one of the sunniest areas of Madeira Island! The space The location of this villa allows you to stay by car, just 5 minutes from Calheta Beach, 25 minutes from the city of Funchal, and 45 minutes from Madeira Airport. Within a 2-minute drive, you can also find various establishments such as cafes, restaurants, parks, and medical services. The villa: The villa was designed to make the most of natural light as well as to provide a breathtaking view from any point in the house, from the bedrooms, kitchen, living room and even the bathrooms. The 350 m2 of built area spread over two floors and the 1,058 m2 of plot area make the villa's areas spacious, facilitating mobility inside and outside. Outside, the villa has an infinity pool, a large garden, a barbecue grill and a garage for 2+ cars. Outdoor sound system: The swimming pool and the garden are equipped with speakers so you can listen to your favorite music. Wi-Fi Internet: Free Wi-Fi Internet coverage throughout the house. All the villa's blinds are electric and controlled by remote control. Living Room: Equipped with a corner sofa bed that can accommodate 6 people; a 49" Samsung 4K Curve Smart TV for watching your favorite movies. Bedrooms: The villa has 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, with the possibility of converting the latter into a double bed). All bedrooms are equipped with Wi-Fi Internet, a private bathroom and access to the outside. -Master Suite: Double bed, large closet, private bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and direct access to the pool and garden. - Secondary Suite: Double bed, wardrobe, private bathroom (with shower/bathtub) and access to the outside. - Double Room: 2 single beds / 1 double bed, wardrobe, private bathroom (with shower) and access to the outside. All bedrooms are equipped with fresh bedding, ready for your arrival. All bathrooms are equipped with bath towels, shampoo, and shower gel.
