In the floating holiday home "Klabautermann", you and your dog will spend your vacation on two floors. The spacious living and dining area upstairs has panoramic windows with access to the terrace and harbor views. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. The master bedroom offers floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, a sliding door and direct access to the lower terrace that surrounds the house. Furthermore, on the ground floor you will find the bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. After a day full of activities, relax in the sauna with sea views and then refresh yourself in the Baltic Sea. A private berth at the "Klabautermann" water house is available. Guests who want to combine the comfort of a vacation home with the possibility of using their own boat can rent the jetty for 25.00 euros per night. The "Klabautermann" water house is part of the newly built Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz. Please note that construction activities may take place in the area. Guest access From the terrace on the upper floor you go up to the 30 sqm roof terrace with comfortable seating. The large bedroom has floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and is equipped with a large sliding door. From here, direct access to the lower terrace, which runs around the entire house, is possible. The sauna with direct water views makes this vacation home an oasis of well-being even on colder days. From the sauna on the ground floor, climb directly into the cool water of the Baltic Sea. This is pure luxury. In addition, the bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is also on the ground floor, opposite the sauna.
