Villa Astera - Luxurious villa with a sea view

Villa Astera is located in the small town of Višnjan, just 11 km from Poreč and 10 km from the nearest beach (~14 min drive). This peaceful location boasts minimal traffic and is surrounded by a fence and a large garden, offering maximum privacy The Villa is situated on an elevated position, offering a beautifull view of the sea and western Istria, even from the ground floor. The space Bedrooms: - Each of the four bedrooms is positioned on the first floor, has direct access to a terrace and it's fully air-conditioned. - There is a double bed in each bedroom with a size of 1.8 x 2 m. Each bad can be separated into two single beds if needed. - Two side bedrooms have their own bathrooms and a TV. - Each bedroom has an electric blind, allowing complete darkening even during the day. Kitchen: - Some of the kitchen appliances are: induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, wine fridge, toaster, kettle, mixer. - Fully equiped with a full range of cutlery, dishes, and all other essential amenities. - The types of provided coffee machines are: Nespresso capsule machine, Moka pot, German filter drip coffee maker. Outdoor garden: - Outdoor garden is around 800 square meters with a lot of plant life. - Contains an outdoor shower for the pool, lounge chairs, parasol, kids playground. The Villa also offers a Jacuzzi hot tub, a Finnish sauna, a kids' corner, a home exercise bike and a ping pong table. A highway is located 1 km away from the Villa, allowing you a fast visit to majority of places in Istria. Guest access Since the start of the 5th month to the end of the 9th month, the reservation periods can only be made from Saturday to Saturday, with the lenght of 7 days, 14 days,... Outside those moths, check in and check out is available for any day of a week, with only a limit of mimimum 7 days stay. Other things to note We will provide our guests with up to 2 baby cribs and 2 baby highchairs. Should you be traveling with an infant in a need a crib, this will not be counted as part of the maximum occupancy of 8 guests.
