The apartment is fully equipped with hotel standard bedsheets, washing machine, kitchen utilities and fast internet plus international TV channels. It is also conveniently located in the 1st district of Vienna, in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. You can walk to pretty much all sightseeing locations! This unit is maximum 90 days per year available for short term rental. Beyond this limitation, It can be rented on a monthly basis. The space This fully furnished, comfortable apartment has a double bed in the bedroom, and a living room with a (pull-out) sofa, dinner table, and TV (with over 1000+ international channels!) as well as a kitchen with a microwave and fridge/freezer. The apartment is the perfect homestay for 2-4 people. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom. The bedroom faces the inner courtyard and is therefore very quiet. There is a closet in bedroom, plus you can use a small walk in closet for storage of your clothes. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note For pets, we have to charge €70 for extra cleaning. To control the heating, simply adjust the electric radiant system to your preference.
