To keep you comfortable, warm and dry during the winter house has a pellet stove, double glazed windows, and complete house insulation. Modern, fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, blender... etc.) and bar table with 3 chairs. Off the kitchen is a storage room for your food and drinks. The first of two bathrooms with large, high-quality stone shower tray and other necessities is situated on the ground floor as well. The first floor consists of 3 rooms, one of them with a balcony. The second bathroom is situated on this floor as well. From the first floor hallway, there is a wooden spiral staircase to the attic room with extra area to chill out on the sofa with a small table. Extra mattress can be added here if required. All rooms are super clean, quiet, and comfortable. All bedrooms can have one double bed or two single beds Guest access Guests can access whole house, garden, all the site amenities. Jacuzzi is private only for our guests. Other things to note Important information for all our guests: according to the Municipality of Peniche, since April 2024, all guests lodging in rental accommodations must adhere to the local tourist tax policy, collected directly by the house manager upon arrival. The rate set by the Municipality is €1 per person per night. Maximum €5 per person per stay. Children under 13 are not subject to tourist tax. Cash only, please.
