The apartment is traditionally furnished and located on the second floor of a single house with a garden. It has independent access and large balconies to admire the lake. The space The kitchen in a separate compartment is habitable and is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, juicer and coffee machine. From the kitchen you can access a small balcony overlooking the lake. The living room is large and spacious and offers an unforgettable view of the lake, thanks to an additional panoramic balcony equipped with a table for outdoor dining. The bathroom has been recently renovated and is complete with shower and bathtub. Casa Rocca has two spacious double bedrooms, equipped with wardrobes and drawers, and a single bedroom, with access to the balcony. An extra bed is available upon request. Guest access The gate, entrance driveway and the first flight of stairs are shared, while the second flight with direct access to the apartment is autonomous. Other things to note The accommodation tax is not included and must be paid at check-in. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Early/late check-ins and check-outs will be granted based on the availability of the property and upon acceptance (a surcharge may apply). The request must be received at least 24 hours before check-in. If the guest does not show up by 6:00 p.m. and a late check-in is not allowed, the reservation will be marked as a "no show". A security deposit of 100 euros in cash will be required at check-in, the deposit will be returned by bank transfer within 7 working days of check-out, after checking the condition of the property.
