This is a fantastic apartment with an amazing private terrace, situated in the Sant Antoni de Calonge area of Costa Brava, near Palamós. Here you´ll be just a short walk from the beach, and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The apartment is spacious and modern. The space It has a communal swimming pool which you can enjoy during the warmer months of the year, as well as a 150m2 private terrace complete with sofa, dining table and sun loungers, ideal for making the most of the Spanish weather and enjoying your meals al fresco. There are three bedrooms in the apartment, with four single beds and a double bed distributed throughout. In the living room you´ll find a comfortable seating area with a TV. The air-conditioning system is a welcome installation for those staying here in summer. The kitchen comes fully equipped so you can prepare all your favourite meals at home. A dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board add to the convenience of this lovely apartment. If you´re planning to come to the area by car, there are two parking spaces available for this apartment, as well as a special bicycle shed for those who are thinking of bringing or renting bicycles.
