Getaway in the Byron hinterlands

Enjoy sunset views over the Byron Bay hinterlands, yet only 13kms from the centre of Byron town. The cottage is fully self contained, with a luxurious 2-person 14 jet spa bath, fully stocked kitchen & BBQ, if you prefer to cook outside enjoying the sunset. The cottage has been purposefully set up for privacy & relaxation for those wishing not to do too much. And for those wishing to explore, the property has easy access to neighbouring towns such as, Mullumbimby, Bangalow, Brunswick Heads The space You will find a private relaxed space filled with lovely furnishings, two walls of floor to ceiling glass, to maximise the beautiful views and a free-standing spa bath with sunset, garden & hinterland views, perfect for those looking for a romantic, private & relaxing getaway. The master bedroom contains a queen bed, TV with inbuilt DVD & views of the garden. There are sliding doors between the bathroom & bedroom for privacy. In addition there is a queen-size sofa bed in the living area that can sleep an additional 1-2 guests. Please let us know if you wish to use so we can set it up for you. The living area has a relaxed & private feel (no TV), that opens up with bi-fold glass doors to an expansive deck ideal with an outdoor fire-pit & outdoor dining (with BBQ) or relax with a good book enjoying the beautiful hinterland breezes & views. The bathroom creates complete relaxation, allowing views to be enjoyed from the glass shower and free-standing spa bath (note the bathroom is open-plan). Guest access Standard check in time is 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and to be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Early arrivals and late check outs are at the discretion of the Host. Please request at the time of booking. Other things to note We are a pet-friendly property. If you wish to bring your pet who is very welcome, we charge a small fee. Please select that you have a pet when making your booking. Please note we have a strict pet policy - that is, we ask guests to ensure that they do not allow their pets on, or in the bed, or on, any of the furniture or slobber on the walls, doors, windows, glass etc & not allow them in the shower or bath. If this policy is not adhered to, and therefore additional cleaning will ensue, we will have no choice but to pass the extra cleaning cost onto the guest. We ask guests to clean up after their dogs. There is a broom and dustpan in the kitchen cupboard, as we expect guests to sweep up any excess dog hair inside the cottage before they depart. Please let us know if you wish to use the sofa bed in the living area, and if you would either like us to set it up for you or leave linen for you.
