Villa Nausicaa is spread over 3 levels, plus a rooftop terrace. It is located 200 meters from the sea, which you can walk to. The pool is private and accessible exclusively to guests of the villa. The Municipality of Carini collects a tourist tax due by any person staying in accommodation facilities provided for in Article 4 of Legislative Decree No. 23/2011: it is €1 per person from 8 years of age and per day. Spacious built-in closets allow a large volume of storage (shelves, drawers and wardrobes). In addition, the floor serves 2 bathrooms each with a walk-in shower, toilet, towel dryer and bidet for one. On the 3rd floor, you can access the roof terrace covering the entire surface of the house with a 360° view of the landscape (sea and mountain at the back, west side). It has a lounge (for aperitifs in the evening for example), and an outdoor kitchen (barbecue, sink and fridge/freezer). There is also a laundry area (indoors). House equipment: TV, WI-FI internet, B&O portable speaker (Bluetooth connection), washing machine, "steam central" iron, hair dryer... On the ground floor, an independent level: Beautifully decorated in a graphic style around black and white, this apartment on the ground floor is pleasant to live in. Very well ventilated, it is naturally cool in summer. The living room, the main room, extends thanks to two large French windows opening onto a large shaded terrace overlooking a lawn. A fully equipped open American kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, oven, washing machine) is integrated into this living room, separated by a worktop.
