Guest access Our guest cottage is on a rural lifestyle property surrounded by mature trees, & lawn, a small vineyard & farm land with direct access onto SH 8 & the A2O cycle track. Plenty of room for everyone. We have chickens & Merino Sheep - all very friendly. Guests have their own private outdoor spaces including use of the outdoor kitchen/BBQ area, great for star gazing. Plenty of free on-site parking, space for a boat/campervan/bikes etc. (Bike storage & charging available) The guest house is up on a large flat building platform with spectacular views out over snow caped mountains (in winter) - very easy flat access to the guest house with only one step up into the guest house. The guest house is large & roomy, clutter free, plenty of room around the bed, the bathroom is a generous size. Other things to note Omarama is ideally situated on SH 8, 4 hours to Christchurch & 2 hours to Queenstown, 1 hour drive to Aoraki Mt Cook - perfect stop for a couple of nights en route or come & explore the area. No public transport/taxis/Uber available in Omarama. Own transport or bike essential.
