Once you go up the spiral staircase, you will have a nice view of Tokyo. The apartment have Japanese room, dining kitchen, utility room and providing spacious bathroom and independent toilet. Each room has a cozy layout which ensure your comfortable stay. Distinguished and spacious condo to enjoy living in Tokyo with modest luxury. The space ---MAIN UNIT--- Residence unit has 18 square meters +α of Japanese room, 20 square meters of dining kitchen, 16 square meters of utility room, independent bathroom and toilet, and it is located on the 3rd floor of low-rise apartment. After walk into the large entrance hall, dining kitchen is on your right hand side. The kitchen is provided with professional use of sink. Tableware, dining table with 6 chairs. Put everything you need in a refrigerator and be ready for your cooking. At the end of dining kitchen, 18 square meters of Japanese room is connected. You can enjoy TV programs. We have 4 futon mats which is for 4 adults or 7 people if you come with small children. Independent toilet and bathroom is located at the left side of entrance hall. You can ease and relax your body by using overhead shower. 16 square meters utility room is located at the end of shower compartment. This room has glass sides to enjoy the night view of Tokyo. We have a sofa that can be converted into a large double bed. We are providing additional bed to accommodate 1 adult in case. In the garage, garbage dump is provided for 24 hours use (please be aware of separating trash). 85 square meters of rooftop terrace is connected with Main unit's veranda by the spiral staircase. The terrace is provided with table and chairs so that on a sunny day, you can enjoy eating outside and watching Tokyo tower, Skytree and Shinjuku skyscraper! ---ADDITIONL UNIT--- You can also add the STUDIO type unit in the same building. This is a Studio type apartment of about 23 square meters, and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, including 4 adults and 2 children. (Additional fees apply) Of course, there is a kitchen where you can cook, a washing machine, and a bathroom and toilet. Please ask us if you need this.
