The Deck House on the Silver Strand

This entire House is in an ideal location, 4 houses from the sand, in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath, updated cottage style home on one level and sleeps up to 6 people. The house is Family and Kid friendly. The Backyard Patio is enclosed includes a Dog Run, gas BBQ Grill &Table with Umbrella seating for 6. There is also a Roof Top Deck with an unobstructed View of the beach and ocean, seats 6 with Adirondack Chairs and Cantalever Umbrella. The space There is a master bedroom with a Cal King Bed and a second bedroom with a Queen Bed. There is a pull out Sofa Bed in the living room which sleeps 2. There is an open space multi use area next to the living room which has 2 Twin Beds. (Pack n play is available upon request). There are 2 Full baths, one is attached to the master bedroom and the second bathroom is in the hallway and has both a shower and a tub. There is a Cozy Fireplace in the living room for your enjoyment on cooler nights. Guest access Guests have access to entire property which includes House, Back Patio, and Upper Deck. Other things to note Please let us know if you’re celebrating a Birthday or Special Occasion so we can help make it special. We are prepared to host children and teenagers by providing board games, beach toys, boogie boards, bikes, razors and helmets and also 2 twin beds. Kitchen stocks kids plates and cups. A high chair is available upon request and also a pack n play. Please note ADT Alarm Signs are posted however alarm is NOT turned on. For your safety and protection there is a security camera on the outside of the front door alerting us of any suspicious activity. Alexa is available to help you get acquainted with the area restaurants and activities but has NO recording capability. PET FEE IS $100 PER NIGHT(MAXIMUM 2 PETS). NO CATS ALLOWED
