Pick up point for Fraser Island and Whale watching tours. Safe swimming beach just across the road and Swimming pool at the rear of the complex. Short walking distance to shops, restaurants, pub. Can help you with Fraser Island and Whale watching tours. The space Bedroom 1: Queen size bed plus attached ensuite. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds. Main bathroom with entry from hallway/kitchen area. Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, m/wave. Private small balcony with dining table and 4 chairs, morning sun. A/C in each bedroom and lounge room plus ceiling fans. Linen, towels and beach towels supplied as well as starter pack of toiletries, assorted teas, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, salt, pepper, cooking oil. Coffee Machine using Nespresso pods. Smart TV so you can watch Netflix, Foxtel, Stan etc providing you do have your own account. Apartment is located above ground floor garages with one flight of steps up (15 steps with a sturdy handrail). Walking distance to food outlets and shops. Safe swimming beach across the road. Free BBQ and exercise machines on the Esplanade. The garage is normal single size 2.1m high. If your car is a really big size car and you will have problem to fit there are some spaces available near pool which is inside the security gates or there is plenty of parking on the street. It is free and generally safe. Guest access Swimming pool at the back of complex for day use only. Children must be supervised. There is a water tap at the start of building and another one at the driveway. Please wash your feet if coming from sandy beach before coming to the apartment. Other things to note Apartment is located in a small complex with mostly permanent living. Please be mindful when in stairwell and keep your voices down. Quiet hours from 10pm until 6am - no loud music or party. Please note: If booked for 2 people and all 3 beds are used you will be charged an extra linen fee.
