The space Our home is grand Edwardian house with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate dining for 12, wrap around verandahs, large living area with designer sofa that sits 10 in front of the fire. There is also a beautiful sunroom with views of the lake and garden. King Parrots arrive in the garden most mornings and evenings along with many other species of bird. Located on Lake Benalla there are plenty of recreational activities to enjoy during your stay. The 5.7km walking track around the lake complete with fitness stations is beautiful with native birds and fauna in abundance. Aquatic centre with indoor and outdoor pools and gym is a stones throw away. Located within walking distance to everything you wont need a car to go to shops, cafes, pubs, art gallery and botanical gardens. Festivals and events are held throughout the year with Winton raceway, wineries, gourmet region and gallery exhibitions all in easy access.
