In an enviable position right on the water’s edge, in the centre of Fowey, yet in a very quiet position. The house has recently been tastefully refurbished to a high, contemporary standard, with huge bi-folding doors on to a small terrace at the water’s edge. There are stunning views across the estuary. The space The ground floor is open plan, with underfloor heating, fully fitted kitchen, wide screen 4K TV, Quooker boiling water tap, Sonos, Nespresso machine and free high speed WiFi (70Mbps). On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms: a double with fine river/estuary views and en-suite shower room; a twin bedroom, also with fabulous views over the river and out to the estuary, a family bathroom and a third double bedroom with river views from its own small balcony. The bathrooms are newly fitted and tastefully decorated with excellent water pressure to the showers. Other things to note I am afraid we do not allow dogs. The house is newly refurbished and I wanted to keep it as immaculate as possible. Being open plan downstairs and open tread stairs it is not really suitable and we do not take our own when we visit.
