Chalet Victorina is an OVO Network property. It has six bedrooms, four bathrooms and can accommodate 12 people on a surface area of 232 m² spread over two levels. OVO Network's opinion - The chalet is 5 km from La Giettaz, but only 1.5 km from the ski lifts of Le Plan, where you will find the nearest restaurant. Wifi, cleaning, linen and towels included. NOTES: The property is in a protected environment and running water comes from a tank equipped with a sanitation system. However, it is recommended that vacationers provide themselves with a bottle of water for their personal consumption (no problem for showers/brushing teeth, or for cooking). In addition to the need for a 4x4 - it is recommended to have chains in winter to drive up the rural road. You will benefit from a parking lot located 300 m from the chalet accessible by 4x4 vehicle. The main road to this parking lot, and the parking lot itself, are cleared by the municipality. Please consider that during periods of heavy snowfall, you may need to walk the last 300 meters of the path between the parking lot and the chalet. In summer, the chalet is accessible by a pebble path (for a car with low ground clearance, access will be difficult), because you are on a GR hiking trail. Running water and sanitation: It is specified that the Victorina chalet, being an isolated alpine chalet in the middle of the mountains, is not connected to the municipal water supply and sanitation network of the municipality of Giettaz. An autonomous system of surface water and groundwater collection provides water to the chalet, which can be very calcareous and whose consumption is not recommended for drinking. You should bring bottles of mineral water for the stay. The cottage has its own non-collective sanitation system (all-water pit). SECURITY DEPOSIT We require a security deposit of €1000 via the pre-authentication of your card, this does not affect the balance of your card.
