As well as a very rustic cafe on the street corner that caters for Gluten free and Vegan and has amazing breakfasts. a maximum of 5 guests, and occupancy must not be exceeded. - A standard exit clean is included with your booking; however, you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extra cleaning hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example. - This is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held at the property Cleaning protocols: All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets)
