A large BBQ is available for you to use, perfect for entertaining. Relax in the spa pool and unwind. The family room being accessed from the deck has two areas to sit as well as the breakfast bar. The large kitchen is well equipped to cook up a storm with quality crockery, glasses,bakeware etc. There is a large gas hob, double oven, two dish drawers and two sinks and an extra large fridge. The dining area gives access to another deck with expansive views of both native bush and the sea. The living area has a log fire so cosy for those winter nights, a window seat to read the paper in the sun or just relax and watch the big screen. There is a bathroom and a bedroom on this level. Stairs takes you upstairs to the lounge/ gym, this room gives access to another deck which overlooks the bush, the sea, Whakatane river and beyond. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on this level including the ensuite and walk in wardrobe off the main bedroom. There are five TVs in the home with unlimited wifi for Netflix to just relax and kick back if you are relaxing indoors. Guest access There will be no access to the garage. There are two parks outside the home with more off street parking in front of the garage. Other things to note Please note that this is NOT a party house, if you are looking at booking this accomodation with a party in mind please look elsewhere. NO loud music, No one on the deck after 10pm only inside voices. Please give details as to whether you are a family group or a group of friends when inquiring. No extra guests over the maximum guests agreed to (who are booked to stay) are allowed to enter the property, exceptions for this may be allowed but you must consult with us first. Immediate eviction of all guests will take place if any of these rules are broken and no refund of remaining nights will be given. Leave the premises in a clean and tidy state.
