Family apartment with Table Mountain View

The new and modern furnished apartment is located on the eighth floor of the "Beaumont" in Claremont. It has an open-plan kitchen with kitchen counter, two bright bedrooms with double bed and two modern bathrooms with rainwater shower. Table Mountain can be seen from both bedrooms and the sun is shining in the morning. From the small balcony you have direct views of Table Mountain and can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. Beer goes too ;-). The space The apartment offers secure parking in the underground car park. The building has a laundry (costs 20 cents per wash) and 24/7 concierge and security service. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, stove and hob. Microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee / espresso machine are provided. We have a large flat screen and a stereo with USB and Bluetooth connection. Netflix and Amazon Prime are available, but please use your own account. DSTV is not available. Should it be a little cooler, the entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. For the hot days, mobile air conditioners are available. There’s no build-in air on in the apartment. Both bedrooms with large double bed have their own bathroom. One bathroom has a sink, toilet and rain shower while the other has a bathtub and a rain shower. USB ports for charging the smartphone are available in both bedrooms. We have a 100 MBit internet connection via fiber optic, WiFi is available free of charge. In addition, there is a German and a South African telephone line. If you do not have a local SIM card and would like to make reservations in the restaurant, book a trip or just say at home that you have arrived safely, you are welcome to use the phone.
