Clematis apartment with bunk bed The space The apartment "Clematis" is located on the ground floor and is 55 square meters. It is bright, friendly and cozy in the Franconian country house style. The non-smoking apartment has two bedrooms, shower/toilet, kitchen with stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer combination. A coffee maker & pad machine, kettle, toaster as well as dish towels and dishwashing detergent are provided. The kitchen is open to the living/dining area. TV & mini-disc system and DVD player are available in each apartment. Wi-Fi. Linens, towels, hair dryer & toilet paper are of course also provided for your arrival. There is also a barbecue and fireplace, as well as a washer and dryer. The apartment is fully furnished and child-friendly. Large toddler equipment is available. In the children's room, the bunk bed creates space for children's dreams. For an occupancy of more than four people, the four-star classification loses its validity. On our beautiful family-run holiday farm there are four lovingly furnished ****apartments for 3x4 and 1x6 people! Our actively managed farm is located in Hohlach, a small district of the municipality of Simmershofen with approx. 130 inhabitants! Very close to Uffenheim. Hohlach is located in the heart of a remarkable landscape framed by the Steigerwald-Frankenhöhe Nature Parks and on the edge of the romantic Tauber Valley with historic cities such as Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Bad Mergentheim or Ansbach. At any time of the year, you can experience nature, pure regional culture and hospitality here with us. In no time you have forgotten your everyday worries and switch to relaxation. Numerous leisure attractions await you, such as cycling and hiking in the beautiful Tauber Valley or right at your doorstep, exploring castles, or just relaxing. Our guests appreciate the relaxed atmosphere of our house. There are quite a few among them who have become loyal regular guests over the years. Depending on your preferences, you can find silence and seclusion here, as well as turbulent entertainment or sporting balance. Here you can experience a relaxing vacation in the changing seasons. Discover agriculture with all its "peculiarities"...Whether milking our 60 cows, watering calves, feeding or mucking out goats, feeding rabbits with dandelions, stroking Loki the dog or cats or exploring the farm on one of our numerous vehicles, everything can be discovered and tried out...and if you feel like it, just roll up your sleeves and help us with the stable or farm work.
