This cozy self-catering house, ideally suited for families and groups of friends of up to 10 people, is lovingly furnished and located in the Salzburger Sportwelt Amade. The house measures approximately 150 square meters (1,615 square feet) and has 4 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 2 separate half baths, and 1 full bathroom. The cabin is situated in a secluded location in St. Johann/Pg, has its own garden, and there is also ample parking available. The space The detached house at an altitude of about 800 m has a large garden (with barbecue) that can be used and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the town of Sankt Johann. You can drive directly to the house by car (parking is available; a car is recommended, in winter possibly also snow chains). The cabin is located directly above the town of Sankt Johann im Pongau, which can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. In Sankt Johann there are many different shops, restaurants, a cinema, a swimming pool, a toboggan run, tennis court, golf course, ice skating rink, etc. The cabin has about 120 m² of space on 2 floors. On the 1st floor there is a balcony and 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with 2 showers and 2 washbasins and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a toilet, a kitchen equipped with all the essential cooking utensils, a dining and living room and a bedroom. All rooms are connected to the central heating. In the kitchen there is also a wood-burning stove that provides cozy warmth. Wood is provided. In front of the cabin there are seating areas where you can enjoy the sun. Guest access The entire house and the adjacent garden are available for guests. Other things to note Since the house is located just above St. Johann im Pongau, a lot of snow must be expected in winter, which is why it is highly advisable to arrive either with an all-wheel drive vehicle or with snow chains. Additional costs: €2.00 local tax per day per adult, electricity according to usage. Linen provided. Crib/high chair provided. Pet, €12 per pet per day (registration).
