Beautiful house with ocean views that sleeps up to six people. Walking distance to main street and beach. Short drive to Fitzgerald River National Park. Fully self-contained downstairs with two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, laundry, kitchen, lounge room, and outside BBQ. Upstairs has a large bedroom, spa bath, toilet and lounge room with a large balcony with views. The space The house is private, set back from the main street on a big block with native gardens attracting numerous birds. Downstairs has open plan living, comprising kitchen, dining area, lounge, bathroom, laundry and two bedrooms. There is also an outside barbeque at the back and wrap around front verandah leading out to the garden. The house also has an upper level with a second living area, large bedroom, separate toilet and a large spa bath with views of the Barren ranges and ocean. The upper lounge area and bedroom lead on to a deck with seating to enjoy the ocean views. The property is not fenced and is generally unsuitable for pets or young children. This is a non-smoking property. Guest access The house is accessed via a key lockbox. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen and has fresh, hotel quality linen. It has a washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities, t.v., dvd player, stereo and everything else you could want to enjoy your stay. A high chair and port-a-cot is available on request at the time of booking. Other things to note Please note that due to the location of Hopetoun, broadband internet access is extremely expensive and difficult to install so most short stay accommodation providers are unable to provide this service.
