Sapelli is a contemporary apartment in a small brand-new residential building. This home of 56sqm, only minutes away from the Grands Montets ski area, features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, modern equipment as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. A cosy mezzanine area, a balcony, an underground garage, a cave and a ski locker are also at your disposal. This apartment is completed to a high level finish using considered materials and design, underfloor heating and double glazing. The space The combination of modern design yet Alpine charm makes this accommodation unique. “Sapelli” is the name of a wood species native to tropical Africa. It is a reddish brown wood with golden reflections, perfectly suitable for interior design. A living area of 56sqm as well as a balcony of 8sqm. You also have access to the underground garage and ski lockers. No home is perfect. In all honesty, here are the lowdowns of this place: The property is about 10 minutes away from the center of Chamonix by car. That being said, the advantages of being in Argentiere is that it is a quieter place and it allows you to have an easier access to some of the Alps best slopes. The mezzanine area is equipped with a single bed, suitable for a child only. The stairs are quite steep so we recommend it for children aged 5 years old or more. The internet connection is the best we can install in this apartment. A stable connection is available, however you may encounter difficulties during heavy use or when streaming. Guest access The property is about 14 minutes away from the center of Chamonix by car. That being said, the advantages of being in Argentière is that it is a quieter place and it allows you to have an easier access to some of the Alps best slopes.
