Other things to note No smoking in the apartment. You must have lights on at all times when driving. You are required to carry your passport when driving. Montenegro is a beautiful small country so you don't need to speed. All tourists are required to pay a tourist tax. When I last checked it was around 1 euro per day for adults. You can pay this at the post office in Kotor or ask Anka (theBestAdriatic) to do it.
