Luxury Penthouse, overlooking stunning Kotor Bay

A spacious Penthouse apartment in the beautiful village of Ljuta, beside the stunning Boka Kotorska Bay; this area is renowned for its good light, clean mountain water and wonderful sunsets. The perfect location, halfway between the World Heritage City Of Kotor and Perast with a good road, making it ideal for the traveler. This is a No Smoking apartment. The space We were very impressed by the light airy rooms and the overall layout when we first saw the plans. It is spacious and has a lovely large balcony to which we have installed a full size canopy, ideal for dining alfresco We fitted the apartment out to a high standard as our holiday home and have been very pleased with both the apartment and the area. Ljuta is quiet but within easy reach of all the attractions. Guest access Entire apartment. We have 1 allocated parking space. There is a regular bus service that stops nearby. Other things to note No smoking in the apartment. You must have lights on at all times when driving. You are required to carry your passport when driving. Montenegro is a beautiful small country so you don't need to speed. All tourists are required to pay a tourist tax. When I last checked it was around 1 euro per day for adults. You can pay this at the post office in Kotor or ask Anka (theBestAdriatic) to do it.
