Apartment with enchanting garden

The spacious and well-kept apartment "Katya" welcomes its guests with a large furnished terrace and an enchanting flower and herb garden. The space The sound of the sea and the spectacular view of the neighboring island of Tenerife and the Teide delight. Surrounded by banana plantations, up to four people can find peace and security in the immediate vicinity of the beach of Hermigua as well as the nearest restaurant or supermarket. The apartment "Katya" has only recently been newly renovated and has a well-maintained and comfortable equipment. The two separate bedrooms, one with TV, have comfortable double beds and a directly adjoining shower room. Heatable towel rails pamper with preheated towels The large wardrobes offer plenty of space even for a longer stay. The living/ dining room is furnished with a dresser, a TV and a round table with four chairs. Right next to it, the fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired - even a dishwasher is available, as is a small espresso machine. We provide a radiator on request. Direct access to the porch and lush green garden is available from the kitchen, dining room, and one of the two bedrooms. Directly above the apartment "Katya" is the apartment "Atlantico".
