Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to a private patio with a ten-seater table, a BBQ, and lush garden surroundings—perfect for alfresco meals. The indoor dining space centres the open-plan layout and the fully equipped kitchen boasts a gas cooktop, coffee machine, and ample counter space, making meal prep a breeze. Note: The fireplace is purely decorative and not functional. On this level, you’ll also find laundry facilities and a powder room for the group’s convenience.
