The space This elegant three-storey home is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and entertainment. The inviting main living area features modern décor, warm timber floors, plush seating, and a cosy yet stylish atmosphere equipped with a 55-inch LED TV, heating and cooling, and board games. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to a private patio with a ten-seater table, a BBQ, and lush garden surroundings—perfect for alfresco meals. The indoor dining space centres the open-plan layout and the fully equipped kitchen boasts a gas cooktop, coffee machine, and ample counter space, making meal prep a breeze. Note: The fireplace is purely decorative and not functional. On this level, you’ll also find laundry facilities and a powder room for the group’s convenience. On the first floor, three beautifully appointed bedrooms each feature a queen-sized bed, a full ensuite,  TV, and air conditioning. The spacious primary suite includes a private balcony with outdoor seating overlooking peaceful views through Peppermint trees and a luxurious ensuite with dual sinks, offering a tranquil retreat. Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties. Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
