This cozy and stylish home welcomes you to start your day watching the sunrise over Lake Ontario from the back patio and wind down your evening from our boat dock. Spend the day swimming, fishing off your private dock or basking in the sun at the beach just 1 mile away. Perfect spot for a romantic getaway or ice fishing in the winter. Other things to note Quiet Hours between 10 pm-8 AM Parties not allowed- Pets need to be on leach when when outside Additional guest must be approved by host No smoking allowed No heavy objects or vehicles or camping trailers on grass Please do not allow pets on furniture.
