A Casicedda - Sea view home in the center

The house is located in the historic center of the island of Lipari and overlooks Piazza Mazzini. From the terrace and balcony of the two bedrooms you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. The house consists of three rooms on three elevations, connected to each other by a spiral staircase, as was customary in the typical houses of the center. The location is strategic: a stone's throw from the archaeological area, shopping streets, commercial ports and prestigious restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The space The use of the spaces has been designed to favor and surprise guests. The comfort of the ground floor was in fact used for the kitchen, the panoramic view of the other two floors for relaxing hours on the terrace and for the sleeping area. The spiral staircase that connects the floors takes us back in time, when the spaces in the historic center were rationed in the best possible way. Guest access Access will be allowed throughout the house. Unfortunately, the presence of the spiral staircase discourages the use of the house by elderly people and/or people with reduced mobility. Other things to note In the house there is air conditioning in every bedroom and in the kitchen. The house is ideal for 4 guests, but can accommodate up to 6 people. The beds of the room on the second floor, in fact, are single but, if necessary, can be joined to form a double bed. The largest room, of 20 square meters, can also accommodate four guests, in addition to the double bed there are in fact two foldaway beds. The house is always rented in full. In the case of a reservation that requires only two guests, it will be possible to choose one of the two available rooms.
