We welcome you to a modern and warm house in the countryside (but close to everything) 15 min from Nîmes 45 min from Montpellier and 35 minutes from the beach. Facing south, the house has a surface of 160m2 on a property of 2300m2 , with open views of Nîmes, Pic Saint Loup, Mont Aigoual, Mont Lozère as well as Mont Ventoux. The space With its two terraces (one to the north and one to the south) you can enjoy your meals wherever you want. Private parking for multiple vehicles, easy access. Located in the area of the little Camargue , Beauvoisin is a small village close to Nîmes in the Gard in the Occitanie region. With a supermarket 5 min away, you will find in the village center a bakery, a hairdresser, a pharmacy, a bar, doctors, some shops .... For leisure for young and old: a boules court with lighting, a ping pong table. Sheltered from the pool house, you can enjoy your cocktails at the bar while grilling over a wood fire or gas plancha. Enjoy the 6.5 x 3.5m salt pool with large wooden beach of 70m2, sunbeds, wood bench, agility court (dog course on the back of the independent /fenced house) pool room with shower + wc + vanity. It is equipped with a large living room of 60m2 with an open kitchen, with American freezer fridge, dishwasher, rotating heat oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
