Facing south, the house has an area of 160 m2 on a property of 2300 m2, with open views of Nîmes, Pic Saint Loup, Mont Aigoual, Mont Lozère and Mont Ventoux. The space With its two terraces (one to the north and one to the south) you can enjoy your meals wherever you like. Private parking for several vehicles, easy access. Located in the Petite Camargue area, Beauvoisin is a small village near Nîmes in the Gard in the Occitanie region. With a supermarket 5 minutes away, you will find in the village center a bakery, a hairdresser, a pharmacy, a bar, doctors, some shops... For the entertainment of young and old: a bowling green with lighting, a Ping Pong table. Sheltered by the pool house, you can enjoy your cocktails at the bar while grilling over a wood fire or on a gas grill. Enjoy the 6.5 x 3.5 m salt pool with large 70 m2 wooden beach, deckchairs, wooden bench, agility course (course for dogs on the back of the independent/fenced house) pool area with shower + toilet + sink.
