It offers 2 large bedrooms with a king bed in the master bedroom and a four poster canopied queen in the second bedroom, both with full wardrobes. The bedrooms lead into the open plan brand new galley kitchen and dining area with large teak dining table seating 8 and open gas log fire. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with full fridge and convection microwave, induction cook top. As well as upgraded kitchen the bathroom has also been upgraded with marble styled tiles, rain shower. There is a separate lounge room, with 3 over sized suede lounge suite, with a 42 inch LCD with DVD, CD Player with a collection of DVDs and CDs . Both the dining room and lounge have french doors that lead out to the alfresco dining area in the beautiful garden with webber bbq. There is also free WIFI available for guests to enjoy. Cheri on sea has spectacular ocean views and is perfect for a romantic getaway, a couples getaway, girls weekend, Golfing trips, stop over to Kangaroo Island or just to relax and unwind. The property has been purposed built for eco-cooling. therefore there is not need for air-conditioning. 42 degered days are perfectly cool in the apartment and refreshing not to have to sleep and breath in the air of the air-conditioner. Environmentally friendly and great for the health. Enjoy clean air, clean beaches, clean living !!!!!! Guest access The guests have access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay. Other things to note There is no air conditioning, however it is not required as the house has been purpose built as an eco house and stays cool through the hot summer months. Winter there is a gas log fire that heats up the retreat. We can provide full or continental breakfast hamper that can be arranged at an extra charge. Please ask if required 24 hours notice is needed.
