All switches, sockets, surfaces, door handles, window catches, cupboard handles, hangers, remote control are cleaned with anti bacterial spray. This is to put our best foot forward to mitigate the risk of virus. All Linen and Towels are washed in-house with Ariel and Dettol laundry cleanser and steam ironed. We are removing all the non-essential items like books, playing cards, board games, cushions, throws, bedspreads, ornaments, leaflets, guest book, extra hangers, and toiletries. Please feel free to ask, should you need anything. To respect SOCIAL DISTANCING, We would not meet and greet the guests, in-person to show around the place; guests can collect and drop the keys in a key box (detailed instructions to be sent to guest a day prior to staying date). We are at hand on Airbnb message or phone call, should you need to reach out at any point. —————————- Details on the place : —————————— Guest will have ENTIRE PLACE to themselves, no shared internal spaces. Independent entrance, 2 rooms, garden view and patio. Ps : Outdoor Garden, Patio and driveway is shared with the host family. Property offers a fully equipped kitchen, 50” Smart TV, high speed fibre optic internet connection, 24 hours hot water and underfloor heating, hair dryer. Ideal for families, group of friends, work trips, professionals looking at a base to work from home, people moving houses locally/internationally. Fresh linen and towels are provided for each trip and a fresh set of linen and towels is provided every 7 days, for a stay longer than a week. A cleaner can be arranged once a week, at an additional cost, to do a basic cleaning routine of dusting, vaccum and mop, cleaning of bathroom. This does not include washing of dishes, tidying up, ironing. The tube station is 3-5 min short walk. Every amenity is close by and London is a short train/tube ride away. FREE parking for one guest car on site, more parking available on road Well connected by underground to central London. Just 25 min to Baker Street, and 35 min to oxford street, Europe's busiest shopping street. 35 min direct tube connection from Kings Cross/St Pancras International. Taxi ride to Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton airports and transport hubs. 20 min taxi ride to Harry Potter world. 30 min to Windsor castle. A 15 min journey to Wembley stadium. The location is 3-5 min walk from Pinner metropolitan line tube station, with frequent train connections to London, taking 25 min to baker street. Close to local high street, supermarkets, parks, bus stop, laundrette, restaurants, bars, cafes, coffee shops Maximum number of guests : 4. PLEASE NOTE: We offer min 2-3 nights stay, however if you send the enquiry/request with your purpose of visit, we might be able to accommodate min 1 night stay. Property has induction Hob for cooking. Any guest with a pacemaker shouldn’t use it. British Heart Foubdation suggests : “Induction hobs do generate electromagnetic fields, so keep a distance of at least 60cm (2ft) between the stovetop and your pacemaker. Most people should be able to use a hob if they follow these precautions. Other appliances that contain a magnet include handheld hairdryers, older shavers with an electrical cord, large stereo speakers, electric toothbrushes and base chargers of ultrasonic toothbrushes. If you do use any of these, keep them 16cm (6in) away from your pacemaker.” Guests are most welcome to use the garden , patio and outdoor space. Running or sports are not permitted on the grass lawn Guest access Guests have their own entrance, giving them independent access to ENTIRE annexe apartment (comprising of main bedroom/bedroom 1, sitting room/bedroom 2, private bathroom and kitchen) and parking for 1 car. No shared internal spaces. Guests do not share rooms/kitchen/bathroom with anyone else. Guests can relax and enjoy a drink/meal ; chilling in patio and large private garden. Property is non smoking, but guests can smoke outdoors on the patio in the other end of garden (It’s our Zen Patio :) with sitting arrangements. Guests do not have access to Gas fire pit in the outdoor patio, due to safety reasons. During your stay We offer contactless checkin via a keybox. Guest can message or call us, should any assistance is required. We send the check in/parking and other necessary details a day before arrival in electronic form. There is a paper manual folder as well in the property. Happy to orient the guests to the surroundings including the easy methods of getting into central London or advising on anything else in the area, please message for any assistance. The house manual has local area details and contact numbers for host and Co host. We are just a message or phone call away, happy to help you with any queries. Other things to note We request guests to send us their government issued photo id (ideally passport or photo driving licence copy) for everyone in the group. It can be emailed to the host, latest one day before check in date. It’s an essential requirement. A laundromat is few steps away from the property (next to Costa) and very convenient and reasonable to use. It’s coin operated. Property has an induction glass hob, anyone with pacemaker should not use it. No smoking INSIDE the property. Guests can smoke outside on the small patio and table next to the garden shed at the other end of the garden please. Self/Contactless check-in is possible with a key box. Please keep the main entrance gate locked at all times. There is one pre designated parking, for resident guest’s car. The property is accessible to registered guests (max 4) ONLY. There are meeting places/restaurants/coffee shops/parks within 100 metres walking distance. Any colouring on the walls/floors/furniture/furnishings is not permitted. Please take care to close the doors and windows and switch off the electrical appliances, lights and taps while stepping out. Please respect the quiet neighbourhood and keep noise level down in premises, especially after 10.30. Any loss, lost keys/ accidental damage to the property or contents will be charged to the guest at the cost of replacing the item. Please note that you are not charged anything unless loss or damage occurs and a claim is made (which happens very rarely on Airbnb) Please note that cleaning fee is only for the clean after your checkout. It covers the basic cleaning, change of linen and towels, clearing the bins etc. Kindly leave the place in the condition you got it (everything back in it’s own place in a clean condition) Cleaning does NOT cover the washing of dishes, collection of dishes from different rooms, clearing the pile of utensils, food leftovers or rubbish thrown around. We can hand in extra set of fresh linen and towels, footmat, kitchen towels (for guests to change themselves) if the stay is over one week. Any extra supplies may be charged separately, please send a request to the host The annexe is joined to the main house so some normal family activity may be heard at times.
