We are less than 5 miles from the Historic & Famous Brick Saloon located in the Quaint Town of Roslyn, Washington Roslyn was an Old Mining Town, then in the 1990's it became Famous as the Town of "Cicely, Alaska" in the Hit Series NORTHERN EXPOSURE WASTE: Unfortunately our community does not provide garbage, recycle or compost pickup. Therefore all waste must be taken with you. Pack in and pack out similar to camping. Additionally, bears and other wild life frequent the neighborhood and are attracted to waste smells so nothing must be left outside. Therefore all waste must be taken with you. Pack in and pack out similar to camping. DRAIN: We're on a septic system. Absolutely nothing must go down the drains other than bodily waste and toilet paper. Feminine hygiene products, hair, paper towels, tissue, and grease is prohibited.
