Stay in a stylish mezzanine one-bedroom apartment on the minus floor of a historic Porto building, steps from Clérigos Tower and Cordoaria Gardens. It offers a cozy small balcony to enjoy fresh air, plus the comfort of two bathrooms: one complete with shower and another with toilet and sink. Like many heritage gems, there’s no lift - adding to its authentic charm. With cafés, shops, and landmarks all around, it’s the perfect base for couples or friends to discover Porto. The space The Cordoaria homes are owned by our good friend Francisco that has embraced the mission to renovate classical old buildings in Porto’s downtown. Francisco is a modern romantic – you can find him driving an electric scooter around the city or starring at a facade detail in one of Porto’s historical buildings. We furnished, decorated and stocked the apartment with products made by young Portuguese designers, artists and producers, so you can feel Porto’s heart without leaving home, while supporting small scale entrepreneurs. Guest access This building has 2 facades and this particular apartment, when you enter the building is located on -1 floor, however the back facade allows you to have access to a tinny outdoor balcony. The apartment doesn't have central heating but we provide portable heaters and fans. It has all the start amenities you need. Other things to note Porto is to be lived hitting the streets and getting lost in its secrets. Each of us experiences a city in different ways.
