The 12 m x 4 m private pool, secured by an electric roller shutter, is surrounded by a large wooden terrace equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs. Fully air-conditioned, equipped and carefully decorated, the Villa offers modern and elegant comfort that will delight families or couples with children. The space The house comprises: 2 master bedrooms with large 160 bed (queensize) and 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom with 2 double beds in 140 (twin size) and 2 beds in 90 (single) bunk beds. Occupancy is set at 6 ADULTS maximum + 4 CHILDREN. 2 separate WCs. Large living room with 75" TV (+200 channels, Netflix, Prime Video) and home theater. Equipped kitchen, dining room. The Villa is 15 minutes from the beaches of Hossegor, Capbreton and Seignosse, 20/25 minutes from Dax, Bayonne and Biarritz, 30 minutes from the mountains of the Basque Country and Béarn, 35 minutes from the Spanish border. Isolated from the neighborhood and the public, you can safely enjoy the pool and the vast property with your family. Peaceful hiking trails and paths can be accessed from the property. - In order to keep guests safe, in addition to the usual cleaning, we have hired a specialized company to clean and disinfect sensitive surfaces before you check in (light switches, doorknobs, furniture handles, remotes, linens, etc.) and put in place rigorous sanitary procedures. - Finally, even if beaches, mountains and forests are accessible within a few minutes' drive, the Villa will allow you to stay (and telecommute) in complete autonomy in an isolated manner if you wish!
